The INC Point System is designed to give its members a free form way to both play the game on their own time and also provide them with opportunities to be involved in the Corp both passively and actively. We do not require our members to do anything specific to maintain their spot in the corp, as a matter of fact; we support a policy of non-committal from our members. We strive to remove responsibility from our pilots and allow them to decide on their level of participation. Bottom line is that we are a community and they won’t have to worry about meeting deadlines, conforming to schedules or any other such nonsense just to stay onboard.

Ore Donation Tax: The corp is looking to put several programs in place to further help out our members, asset protection, ship replacement and so on. We need ore for manufacturing the supply for these programs. After chatting with many of you we have come to the conclusion that an ore tax would be an efficient way to help us achieve our goals in this area. All ORE donations will be taxed every 10th point from here on. if you donate 20 points, 2 points will be removed and placed into the corps ore supply (specifically to be used for corp needs). On top of this, special corp related projects will be communicated on the target bulletin and can be donated to independantly to help satisfy corp goals.
The SPPA’s below represent a starting list of possible ways to earn points. We will use this list during this testing phase of the points system. SPPA’s may be added, removed or altered in later versions of the points system. Pilots are welcome to make recommendations to the list for review.
Sanctioned Point Payout Activities (SPPA)
PVE
•High Sec Ore – Donate 35k m3 of any unrefined ore 1 point
•Low/Null Sec Ore – Donate 35k m3 of any unrefined ABC or M ore 2 points
•Ice - Donate 35k m3 of any unrefined high sec ice 1 point
•Gas - Not sure about gas volumes, lets research this.

•If you Probe down Belts and or Sites that end up in a corp op to harvest those resources 2 points per scan.
•If you Fly a Probe scout that can be called on for corp work: 5 points per month per character in corp.
•I need more good PVE ideas that, but right now this is what I have.
----> PI Details: We need PI work done to help fuel the corp PoS's. The more PI fuel we get, the more we can make ourselves and help lower the corps overhead a little. The fuel blocks that we use will be posted in the corp bulletin, open them up and look at the materials list tab in the Blue Print. You can choose to provide any or all of the materials listed. We will not pay out on the PI resources at this time, however all PI points will be calculated on 100% of thier market value and be applied towards your total Points earned, getting you to your rank bonus faster. Players choosing to help with the fuel costs are doing so because they really want to help the corp produce the fuel needed to run the PoS. If a player requires payment for PI materials, we will calc the PI donated at 80% Jita, sell the PI Materials donated and then place that isk into the FUEL fund that currently pays for all fuel blocks.
----> Mining Op Details: The op must consist of at least 3 players (one of which is the FC). The FC will earn points at the double point rate based on total ore donated. ALL ore mined will be donated. High Yield Ore variants will be primary targets, with low yield ore being secondary. The FC will designate ore targets to the fleet members. Points will be calculated at 35km3=1p. All points earned will be split between the pilots.
----> WH Op Details: This falls under the Special SPPA category.
----> Mission Op Details: Mission Ops will consist of 2 or more players. The FC will earn points at the double points rate. ALL mission loot, salvage (mission isk, faction drops and LP belong to you) will be donated. The FC is responsible for this contract. Points earned is based on the total value of the donation. We will take 80% of the total value then generate points on that number. Points will be generated at 1 point per 5m worth of donation (after 80% calculation) and then split among the gorup.
Example:-> Total donation value = 100m. 80% of that is 80m,
80m/5m = 16points. That gets divided to the fleet.
---> Solo Details: Similar to above example, however no double points would be earned. Points are based on total value donated. We will take 80% of the total value then generate points on that number. Points will be generated at 1 point per 5m worth of donation (after 80% calculation) and then split among the gorup.
Example:-> Total donation value = 100m. 80% of that is 80m,
80m/5m = 16points.
PVP
•1.) Every 5 pvp kills scored, totaled at the end of the week (shuttles, noob ships, pos modules, and pods don’t count.): 1 point (noob ships only include the starting ship of each race)
•2.) Setting up and leading a corp/alliance roam that has a minimum of 3 members (including yourself) and lasts for at least 2 hours: 2 points per hour.
•3.) Running in a corp/alliance roam that has a minimum of 3 members (including yourself) and lasts for at least 2 hours: 1 point per hour.
•4.) Each full hour of attendance at an alliance level CTA: 1 point
•5.) Flying a Logistics ship in #2,3, or 4: 1.5 points per hour
•6.) If you can fly, and are in possession of, an orca, T3 booster, carrier, dread, JF, Roqual , or supercap that can be counted on for corp/alliance tasking when called: 5 points per month per character in corp.
TARGETS
• Check the Bulletin board every Friday for updates to the corporation Targets.
• Weekly Ore targets
• Weekly PvP targets
• Weekly Scavenger hunt targets

A note on Double Points for target SPPA's: We don't want to overwhelm the corp wallet by paying 160+% on double points donations, however we DO want to pay you more for these Target SPPA's, so here is what we have:
SPCIAL SPPA’s
•If you belong to a task group ie..POSie Team, WH Crew, or R&D line crew…get with your Lead Dirctor for details on Additional SPPA’s for points.
NOTE: Running mining ops with the RGU does not count towards mining op SPPAs. The ore you donate will count as an ore donation SPPA.
What are the Bonuses and when do you bonus? The bonuses may come in the form of Ships, implants, fittings, or Isk. We would like to offer ships at each rank-up, OR the ability for you to just take the value in Isk. This is in beta for sure, what would you all like to see? You will bonus at the end of each Pay Rank, right before you Rank-up. You also have the ability to Bonus-out at the end of Indigo Pay Rank, in order to stay in that rank and NOT progress to Violent Pay Rank.
How do the Bonuses work and why do they exist? The bonuses exist to not overwhelm the corporation with ever increasing payouts to the members, but allow the corporation to give incentive to members who wish to continue to climb rank and power.
The bonuses work at several levels, starting at the Indigo Pay Rank. This is the final rank for the common pilot in the community. At this rank the pilot still assumes no direct responsibilities other than to log in, have fun and play on his or her own time while still in a position to assist the corporation thru the point system.
However, when this pilot reaches the 6350 point mark he or she is given a choice: Apply for Violent Pay Rank, and take on the levels of responsibility that go with it, OR “bonus out”, thus resetting their total points back to 3151 (keeping them at the Indigo Pay Rank). This pilot can choose to bonus out every time they hit the 6350 point mark, indefinitely.
The Violent Pay Rank is an officer level rank and must be applied for. The Directors and other officers, then have to vote (majority) to allow the application through. There is almost always a need for members at an officer level. This is only one way to become an officer, The Directors can also invite a member to become an officer. In any case, the officer lvl member will assume responsibility for the corporation in some focused way and understands and accepts this.
The Ultraviolent Pay Rank is for Directors Only. This rank will only open up for Officers to apply for if there is a need for additional directors. This rank has special entry requirements that will not be discussed here.
How will the pay periods points be communicated? By the pilot wishing to get paid! They have to do a few things to get paid:
•All Donations must be contracted via the donations contract specs found in the Critical Info Bulletin.
•Tally up their points (we don’t keep tabs on what each pilot is doing ever second of the day).
•Sending a pay mail every Friday is no longer required, we have found that adding simple information to the Contract description is sufficient. Please Refer to the IN-Game Critical Info Bulletin for exact information on how to title your contracts. Also, when contracting from an OP, we need a brief mail saying who we are paying out.
•The director is allowed 2 to 3 days to verify the points being submitted and then adjust the spreadsheet to reflect the changes.
•The director will pay all submissions on the Monday following the end of the pay period.
•If the player does not submit his points earned, he can submit them the following Pay period at half value and must allow the director in charge of payouts a full week to back pay on the submission.
I am sure all of the above info seems, like, impossible to track, but it’s actually pretty simple and straightforward. Submit your points and we do the rest….EZPZ.
How will the points be tracked? We will track all of your points progression, payouts, pay ranks, and bonuses via a DKP style spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is still being developed and once finished we will make sure that all members will be able to view the sheet. In the meantime Black Canvas is keeping a running total and will apply those numbers to the spread sheet once it’s ready.
Currently we are able to easily calculate your points w/o recieving Pay mails from you all each week, the system is working better then expected. We are finidng that simple information in the contrcat Detail/info is all we need to be able to process correctly. Please Refer to the IN-Game Critical Info Bulletin for exact information on how to title your contracts. Also, if you have a complex contract like a big Op envolving many players that all must be paid, then please feel free to send a pay-mail to us and we will get everything taken care of.
If you send a Pay-mail that breaks down the points contracted, you can format them many ways, refer below for examples:

2. Your SPPA’s for the pay period ( we will verify all SPPA’s)
In the case of a Running a mining op SPPA follow the format below
